How we work

If you've spent any time clicking around the website, you can see that we have a bit going on. So it's important to outline how I / we work with our clientelle. Please note that by engaging me for any work, you agree to the following as a part of our terms of agreement which will also be outlined in the proposal sent to you.

We take on few clients

That's right. We are not a churn-and-burn agency (and we don't want to be). We take on as few clients as we need to, to ensure that:

  • You get the attention that you deserve. I want to make sure that I put your needs first.
  • We don't burn out, and we can handle our work and family obligations.
  • I can do the best work, and produce the best quality possible for your organisation.
  • I can continue to provide support for the services we supply.

If we don't have capacity to work with you at the time of your enquiry, we'll ask you to go on a waitlist, or we can refer you to another company.

Our Priorities

We think that we've got our priorities right to ensure that we can provide the most personal and deserving attention to your team. They include:

  • Family first - yours, whether that be your corporate team or your own family, and ours.
  • Slow down to speed things up. What we mean here, is that often the creative part of the puzzle takes the longest, let us establish the foundation to avoid wrecklessly blasting toward the final product.
  • Quality is of the utmost importance.
  • Our obligations to our employers is important. Being employed means that we can take on clients because we want to, not because we need to. That's better for you in the long run.

The hours we keep

Our whole mantra, our whole way of life is to integrate work into our personal lives, to choose when we work and take back the balance, that's what we are ultimately striving for. That's what this is all about.
We work with clients and partners anywhere, from everywhere. So we might be doing your logo on a mountain top somewhere, or at a parks camp reserve during non-business hours. You'll get late night emails from us, and when time permits, we'll take our time to respond. If this way of working doesn't work for you, we'll try to accomodate, but we also completely understand that you may need to look elsewhere.
It may not always be me working on your project, but what I am great at is project managing and selecting the right people for your job. I'll be with you every step of the way.

Our process (generally)

Submit a brief online.

Take a look through our website and see what services we offer. When you find something, add it to the brief (cart) and checkout, filling out the form to submit your brief to us. Alternatively, you can send us a message using our contact form.

We'll book a briefing session

Once we receive your brief, we'll book a session with you so that we can gain a deep understanding of what you are trying to achieve. Please note that we ask for some flexibility around times here, to accomodate for our other work.

You'll receive a proposal and / or video file containing your concept or project proposal

Unless required, we'll try to avoid taking up your time with another meeting. We'll send over the concepts for approval, along with a video file for complex solutions presented in a professional manner so that you can review our work. If you approve a concept, we'll kick off your project.

We'll outline the deliverables, the scope and the date

Before commencing the work, we'll ask you to sign off on the project scope and the deliverables, so we are all on the same page.

Ready to get to work?

We'd love to hear from you. You can either browse our website to fill out the brief by adding services, or you can contact us via the contact form on this page.
